About the role

LetzRyd is building the data backbone of a fast-scaling mobility platform. This is a foundational, high-ownership role to own data end-to-end — from pipelines and warehousing to executive dashboards, KPI definition, governance, and AI/ML readiness — and to turn data into the operating system for how LetzRyd scales profitably across cities and fleet.

Key responsibilities

- Own LetzRyd's data strategy and analytics roadmap.
- Design & manage scalable data pipelines, warehouse/lake, and integrations (internal systems + Uber/Ola, telematics, finance).
- Build executive & operational dashboards and automate reporting.
- Define and govern the company-wide KPI framework and single source of truth.
- Establish data governance, quality, and self-service analytics.
- Build foundations for predictive analytics & ML (churn, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting).
- Partner with Ops,



Fleet, Finance, Product, Engineering & leadership.

Must-have skills

- Advanced SQL (core working language).
- Cloud data warehouse (BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift).
- ETL/ELT tooling (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran or equivalent).
- BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase / Superset).
- Python (pandas, numpy) for analysis & automation.
- Data modelling & warehouse design.
- Strong business acumen + stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

- Mobility / ride-hailing / logistics / fleet experience.
- Telematics / IoT / GPS data; predictive maintenance.
- First / early data hire who built a function from scratch.
- People-leadership experience or explicit aptitude to lead.
