Position Overview

We are looking for a Video Data Annotator with grammatically-correct English writing skills and attention to detail to help train AI systems. Your main responsibilities will include:

Write clear instructions (prompts) for AI models and check whether their responses are logical, accurate, and conversational.

Create text-based training data that helps AI systems understand instructions and correctly perform real-world physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Action & Logic Annotation:

- Write clear, step-by-step description / instructions to help AI systems understand and perform physical tasks correctly.

1. Grammar & Style Editing:

- Check the text for grammatical mistakes, suggest corrections, and make sure itfollows the required tone, style, and format.

1. Model Evaluation & Proofread:

- Review and edit content to ensure it is accurate, clear, grammatically correct, and properly formatted before it is published.
- Review AI-generated content, identify errors or inconsistencies, and edit it to make sure it is accurate, safe, clear, and sounds natural.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Any graduate / undergraduate degree with grammatically-correct, written English communication skills
- Language Skills: Solid command of grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation,



with the ability to write clearly and accurately.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to objectively evaluate writing, identify logical flaws in content, and provide constructive, detailed feedback.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Selection process:

I] Screening test

Duration: 15-20 mins

A) Pre-requisites:

- Candidate must be able to speak and write grammatically correct English
- Candidate must have an eye for detail
- Candidate must follow specific instructions
- Candidate would be required to carry their laptop for the above screening test

II] Pre-Onboarding screening

- Candidates will be provided training of 2 hours
- Post training, they would be required to go a pre-onboarding assessment
- Candidates clearing the onboarding screening will be provided with an internship letter
- Overall Onboarding screening is like to take 5-6 hours
- Selected candidates are expected to join the next day

Project duration: The duration of the project is 2 months. Candidate will be made an offer for a full-time role, based on position availability and performance.
