Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Architect to design and lead enterprise - scale Data and AI architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands - on expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, modern data platforms, and Generative AI solutions.

You will be responsible for defining architecture standards, designing scalable data platforms, enabling AI/LLM/RAG use cases, and providing technical leadership from architecture through implementation.

Core Technical Expertise :

- Strong expertise in Databricks and modern data engineering architecture.
- Hands - on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of Data Lakes, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures.
- Expertise in PySpark and scalable distributed data processing.
- Experience designing GenAI, LLM and RAG - based enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Data Modelling and enterprise analytical models.
- Experience defining scalable, secure and governed enterprise data architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define enterprise - wide Data and AI architecture, standards and solution patterns.
- Design and lead high - performance Databricks and Microsoft Fabric platforms.
- Architect scalable Data Lake, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Design AI/ML - ready data pipelines and data - processing architectures.
- Develop architecture patterns for GenAI, LLM and RAG solutions.




- Establish best practices for data governance, quality, security and modelling.
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, performance and cost optimisation.
- Partner with business, engineering and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architecture - level guidance and mentor technical and engineering teams.
- Lead technical decision - making from solution architecture through implementation.

Candidate Profile :

- 12 - 14 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture or related technology domains.
- Strong hands - on experience in enterprise - scale architecture and solution design.
- Proven experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Hands - on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong exposure to cloud - based enterprise data platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing GenAI / LLM / RAG solutions.
- Strong understanding of Lakehouse, Data Lake and Data Warehouse architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of Data Modelling and enterprise data design.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management and architecture decision - making skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with data governance, metadata management and data quality frameworks.
- Experience designing secure and governed enterprise AI solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML platform architecture and production AI workloads.
- Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideal for a senior architect who can combine deep Data Platform expertise with contemporary AI architecture and lead enterprise - scale transformation initiatives.
