Role & responsibilities: -:-

- Define and own the long-term, structural

roadmap for trade spend and incentive evolution
- Manage the end-to-end trade spend budget -

planning and governance
- Design and continuously refine scheme and

incentive construct to optimize return on spends
- Track pricing of the current SKU portfolio versus

competitors and flag pricing gaps
- Track effectiveness of key BTL investments and

flag gap areas for course correction

Preferred candidate profile :-

- 7 to 12 years in data analytics, trade marketing, preferably in tyres, auto components, lubricants, batteries or other distributor-driven aftermarket




- Hands-on experience designing and managing distributor/retailer schemes and incentive structures in a replacement/aftermarket channel
- Process knowledge for pricing tracking - competitor price benchmarking, new-product price discovery, and margin/mix analysis
- High analytical skills - comfortable with large datasets, Excel/BI tools, and building ROI and scenario models; exposure to trade-promotion or pricing tools a plus
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Finance,
- MBA or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering preferred; familiarity with tyre or auto-aftermarket dynamics a robust advantage
