About the Role:

We are looking for a data analytics lead who can build and drive the organization's analytics function by converting business data into meaningful insights and actionable decisions.

The role will work closely with Sales, CRM, Customer Experience, Service, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to develop scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analytics initiatives across Sales, CRM, Service, Operations, and Customer Experience.
- Develop and maintain business dashboards, KPI reports, MIS, and executive dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Build scalable data solutions using GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements, identify analytical opportunities, and convert them into actionable insights.
- Analyze the complete lead-to-revenue journey, including lead generation, allocation, follow-up, site visits, bookings, cancellations, and conversions.
- Develop analytics around customer acquisition, sales productivity, conversion rates, revenue performance, and customer behavior.
- Build dashboards and analytical models for service performance, installation operations, customer complaints, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
- Integrate and analyze data from platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, ERP systems, APIs, and other business applications.
- Design and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and automated reporting processes.
- Establish standardized KPIs, metrics, and reporting definitions across departments.
- Identify trends, anomalies, revenue leakages, and operational gaps and present actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data preparation processes to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
- Ensure data quality,



consistency, governance, and reliability across analytics outputs.
- Work closely with technology and business teams to improve the organization's overall data infrastructure.
- Explore and implement AI/ML and GenAI use cases that can improve business decision-making, productivity, customer experience, and forecasting.
- Mentor analysts and guide the team on analytics best practices, problem-solving, visualization, and data storytelling.

Required Skills:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python.
- Strong experience with GCP / Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Good understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data pipelines.
- Strong experience in Power BI, Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple business systems.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Sales, CRM, Customer, Service, and Operations analytics.
- Experience in dashboard development and KPI design.
- Good understanding of data quality and governance.
- Exposure to machine learning, AI, GenAI, or predictive analytics will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
