Role Description The Data Analyst at Kesar Events will work on-site in Noida in a full time capacity, providing data-driven insights to support event planning, operations, and business strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various internal and external sources, building reports and dashboards to track event performance and customer engagement, and analyzing trends to support pricing, marketing, and resource allocation decisions. The role will involve creating data models to forecast demand, measure ROI of different event types, and optimize processes.

The Data

Analyst will collaborate closely with event planners, sales,



and management teams to translate data findings into clear recommendations and support decision-making through effective communication and visualizations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Statistics to support data validation, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to build forecasts, segment customers, and structure event-related data.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings, create reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and familiarity with event or hospitality industry data are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under deadlines is expected.
