Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to support business decisions and client projects.

Responsibilities include performing quantitative analyses, building dashboards and reports, identifying trends and patterns, and generating actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and business consultants to translate business requirements into analytical models, presenting findings in a clear and accessible manner,



and continuously improving data processes and metrics.

The Data

Analyst will also support ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to developing data-driven strategies for talent and business optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world datasets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with relational databases or similar data structures.
- Candidates should possess explicit and effective Communication skills for explaining complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and handling large datasets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
