- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including work with large datasets, charts, tables, and structured report templates.

- Ability to accurately populate quantitative PowerPoint reports from Excel, SPSS, or similar data outputs.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify reporting issues such as incorrect ordering, mismatched labels, missing data points, sizing problems, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Transparent written and verbal communication, with the ability to provide progress updates, ask focused questions, and manage multiple timelines in a structured way.
- Willingness to learn healthcare and pharmaceutical market research workflows.

Preferred / Added Advantage Skills

- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, consulting, or market research projects.
- Working knowledge of SPSS or similar statistical/data tools.
- Experience with Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, refresh workflows, and visual design.
- Experience with Python, R, VBA, SQL, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other scripting/automation tools.
- Experience building dashboards, internal tools, websites, or lightweight applications.
- Background in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field; familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, or ClickUp is helpful.

Ideal Candidate Profile A dependable, detail-oriented analyst who can contribute quickly to day-to-day reporting, communicate clearly with project teams, catch issues before they create rework, and work with limited supervision after onboarding. Additional technical skills should strengthen the core reporting role by improving dashboarding, automation, or repeatable workflows.

Success in the Role

- Reports and deliverables are accurate, delivered on schedule, and consistent in style.
- QC issues are identified early and communicated clearly to the appropriate team members.
- Recurring reporting and data-support workflows are handled reliably with limited supervision.
- The analyst contributes to day-to-day delivery and practical improvements in reporting, dashboarding, and automation.
