- Manage end-to-end store operations, including receiving, inventory, outbound, and returns.

- Lead and manage a large team of store employees and delivery personnel.

- Plan work allocation, prepare staff rosters, and delegate daily responsibilities.

- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure smooth store operations.

- Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and customer experience.

- Monitor store performance, operational metrics, and SLA adherence.

- Follow company SOPs, checklists, and defined operational processes.

- Maintain mandatory registers, records, and documentation.

- Ensure all operations meet the company's quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Handle end-to-end receiving, inventory, outbound, and return processes.

- Ensure smooth functioning of daily store operations.

- Monitor operational activities and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure proper implementation of company processes and SOPs.

Team Management

- Manage a team of up to 150–200 store staff.

- Coordinate with 50–100 delivery boys.





- Allocate duties and prepare staff rosters.

- Train, guide, motivate, and monitor team performance.

- Ensure adequate manpower is available for daily operations.

Inventory Management

- Manage Inward, Outward, Write-off, and Cycle Count activities.

- Maintain inventory accuracy, particularly in F&V; / FMCG categories.

- Monitor stock movement and identify inventory discrepancies.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.

Customer Service & SLA

- Ensure superior customer service and customer experience.

- Monitor store metrics and operational performance.

- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs.

- Take corrective action wherever operational targets are not achieved.

Quality & Compliance

- Follow company SOPs and operational checklists.

- Maintain mandatory registers and records.

- Ensure compliance with company-defined processes.

- Maintain required quality and operational standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience.

- Candidates must have experience in Retail / FMCG / E-Commerce / QSR.

- Experience in managing a team of at least 100 store employees is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

- Good leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Positive communication and presentable personality.

- Willingness to relocate to Chennai.

- Immediate joiners preferred
