Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Architect to drive strategic solutioning, presales, and customer engagement initiatives across Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI domains. The candidate will be responsible for architecting business-centric solutions, supporting proposal responses, leading client workshops, creating AI-enabled transformation roadmaps, and developing innovative Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that accelerate customer decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with consulting and business acumen and can effectively engage CXOs, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Enabled Solution Architecture

- Design end-to-end Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Define target-state architectures leveraging Cloud, Data Platforms, GenAI, AI Agents, and Intelligent Automation.
- Embed AI capabilities into data modernization, application modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and develop solution accelerators.

Presales & Proposal Management

- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and strategic pursuits.
- Create solution architectures, effort estimates, delivery models, and commercial inputs.
- Develop winning proposal content, executive presentations, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and alliance teams to craft differentiated offerings.

Customer Engagement & Consulting

- Conduct discovery workshops and customer strategy sessions.




- Engage business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define transformation roadmaps.
- Present solution recommendations to customer leadership and executive teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Data, Cloud, and AI transformation initiatives.

Proof of Concepts (PoCs) & Innovation

- Lead development of PoCs, MVPs, and solution demonstrations.
- Validate emerging technologies and reference architectures.
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions.
- Demonstrate business value through measurable outcomes and innovation showcases.

Data & Cloud Modernization

- Architect modern data platforms and cloud-native solutions.
- Define strategies for data migration, platform modernization, governance, analytics, and AI enablement.
- Guide adoption of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Products, and Enterprise Semantic Layer approaches.
- Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and performance of proposed solutions.

Practice & Capability Development

- Contribute to service offerings, solution blueprints, and go-to-market assets.
- Mentor solution architects and technical consultants.
- Support alliance relationships with hyperscalers and technology partners.
- Participate in thought leadership, industry events, and capability-building initiatives.





Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

- Solid experience in Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI solutions.
- Hands-on architecture experience on at least one major hyperscaler: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform .
- Experience with modern data technologies such as Databricks , Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake , Synapse, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and MDM.
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents , RAG architectures, and AI governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, DataOps, and cloud-native architecture patterns.

Presales & Consulting

- Proven experience supporting large proposals and strategic deals.
- Ability to create solution blueprints, costing models, and executive presentations.
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in business case development and value articulation.

Leadership & Communication

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect, etc.).
- AI/ML, Data Engineering, Databricks, Fabric, or related certifications preferred.
- Experience in consulting, system integration, or technology services organizations.
