Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Cybersecurity Technical Content Creator.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality cybersecurity learning content and delivering engaging technical training sessions for students and professionals. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, hands-on exposure to security tools and technologies, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into structured and easy-to-understand learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, review, and regularly update cybersecurity training materials, including presentations, lab guides, practical exercises, assessments, and technical documentation.
- Develop structured course modules, learning paths, practical labs, and activity-based exercises aligned with industry standards and current cybersecurity practices.
- Deliver technical training sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and practical lab activities for students and professionals.
- Mentor learners by providing technical guidance, resolving doubts, evaluating practical activities, and supporting their overall learning progress.
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, security tools, frameworks, and industry trends and incorporate relevant developments into training programs.
- Create hands-on cybersecurity demonstrations and lab simulations using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Record and edit activity-based screen captures,



technical demonstrations, practical walkthroughs, and lab simulation videos for digital learning content.
- Collaborate with internal technical, content, and training teams to continuously improve course quality, learning outcomes, and training delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Ability to create structured technical documentation, presentations, lab manuals, and learning materials.
- Ability to record and edit screen captures, hands-on demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and lab simulations.
- Strong interest in learning new cybersecurity technologies, tools, and attack/defense techniques.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on exposure to cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, or similar security tools.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or content-authoring tools.
- Exposure to practical cybersecurity labs, CTF environments, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or security monitoring would be an advantage.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, eJPT, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
