The role involves verifying customer details, communicating with customers in multiple languages, and ensuring accurate records while delivering excellent customer support. Key ResponsibilitiesVerify customer information through phone calls and follow-up communication.

Confirm customer identity and service-related details accurately. Update and maintain customer records in the system. Handle customer queries professionally and politely. Coordinate with internal teams for verification completion.

Ensure data accuracy and follow company verification guidelines.

Required





SkillsGood communication skills. Ability to speak Telugu, English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil (one or more regional languages is an advantage). Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Robust attention to detail. Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
