Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or Sales
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve product or service-related concerns.
- Recommend and upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance targets.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when required.
