Role: Customer Service Executive – E-commerce (Voice Process)

Shift: General Shift

Salary: ₹27,000 CTC

Working Days: 6 Days

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week

Qualification: Graduation Languages: English + Hindi

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions over calls.

Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and complaints.

Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company processes and maintain accurate customer records.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Graduate from any recognized university.

Robust problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational week off.
