: We are looking for an energetic Customer Trainer to help our clients to understand and use our Fleet Management software effectively. You will be in front to reach our software to clients and develop the software by analysing the client needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Ability to learn current software quickly Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fleet management software, keeping up-to-date with product updates and enhancements. Understand the client needs and operational challenges, work for software enhancements to satisfy customer Train our client to use our software effectively Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Escalate the customer requirements to tech team and keep followup on the developments Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills Good Presentation skills Good in using Excel/Google sheets Conduct market research for potential clients. Knowledge of fleet management software and transport industries.
