Key Responsibilities:
● Call students to remind them about their scheduled sessions and ensure timely attendance.
● Encourage participation by addressing any concerns and motivating students to join their classes.
● Communicate effectively with students and parents, providing necessary information about their sessions.
● Maintain a positive and professional tone, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.
● Track attendance data and report any recurring absenteeism to the relevant teams for follow-up.
Requirements
● Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with a diverse customer base.
● Flexibility with work hours to accommodate customer time zones and business needs.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
● Attention to detail to ensure accurate information exchange and record-keeping.
● Proficiency in handling CRM tools and other communication platforms (training provided if required).
● A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
