Process: Customer Support - Myntra | L2 Blended Process
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Minimum 25 WPM typing speed.
- 100% typing accuracy required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the assigned shift timings.
- No leave during the first 3 months.
Shift Timings:
- Male Candidates: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Female Candidates: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Shift timings may be subject to change as per business requirements.
