Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. This role involves handling customer inquiries in person and over phone or digital channels, providing product information, and assisting with order placement and status updates.

The Customer Support

Executive will manage customer issues and complaints, coordinate with sales and inventory teams, and ensure accurate documentation of interactions and orders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor,



supporting walk-in wholesale customers, and contributing to a smooth store operation.

Qualifications

- Customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Basic computer and office skills, such as using email, spreadsheets, and customer records systems.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests and tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in a busy retail/wholesale environment and collaborate with sales and inventory teams.
- Interest in or familiarity with women’s ethnic wear and the fashion or retail sector.
- Prior experience in customer support, retail, or wholesale operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or communication is an advantage.
