Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage both voice and non-voice customer interactions. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and CRM platforms while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, subscriptions, appointments, and service-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Nutritionists, and other internal teams.
- Support customer retention and relationship management activities.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, or Contact Center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
