Role & responsibilities

- Receive and process incoming customer requests related for appointments, home delivery of services such as Diagnostics, medicine delivery etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including medical professionals, logistics, and operations, to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and any necessary follow-up procedures based on customer needs.

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and efficient problem-solving.

- Monitor service delivery timelines and escalate any potential delays or issues to the appropriate teams.

- Assist in managing and resolving general customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and guidance.

- Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing customer requests, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Use available tools for the same.

- Continuously update customer records and ensure accurate data entry into our systems.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives,



identifying areas where operational efficiency can be enhanced.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate (any field)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing customer requests.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise between customers and internal teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- Solid team player with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.

- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn about healthcare services.

- Previous experience in customer support, service coordination, or related roles is preferred.
