Location: Mohali
Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs
Shifts: Rotational shifts (includes night shifts)
CTC: 21,000 - 23,000 in hand (plus Incentives)
Undergraduates/ Graduate Freshers can also apply
Immediate Joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat and email
- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide resolutions
- BPO domain knowledge and customer service experience preferred
