Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, provide product/service information, troubleshoot customer issues, escalate concerns when required, ensure timely query resolution within TAT, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication, customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and willingness to work in US night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Freshers and Any Industry Prior Experience.
Educational Qualification - 12th Pass
Original 12th Standard Mark Sheet required.
