Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced USA Import Customer Service with hands-on experience in handling USA import shipments and coordinating with steamship lines, customers, truckers, and internal teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of USA import documentation, shipment processes, and customs clearance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end USA Import Customer Service activities.
- Handle ISF, AMS, and USA Customs Clearance requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate HBL & MBL documentation.
- Coordinate with USA customers and provide regular shipment updates.
- Coordinate with USA Truckers for container pickup and delivery.
- Liaise with overseas agents, customs brokers, shipping lines,



and internal teams.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must.
- Hands-on experience in USA Import Customer Service is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of ISF, AMS, HBL, MBL, and USA Customs Clearance.
- Experience dealing with Steamship Lines, USA Customers & Truckers.
- Freight forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
