We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Follow company policies, processes,
and customer service standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of customer support experience can apply.
- Prior experience in Warehouse, customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
