Inbound & Outbound calls and address customer queries effectively. Provide accurate information about products and services. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams when required.
