Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at ICON SPAZIO is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about services, products, and project status.

Daily responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely updates, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in company systems. The representative will support the sales and design teams by scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups,



and ensuring a positive end-to-end customer experience. This role also involves gathering feedback to help improve service processes and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and in Customer Service roles.
- Ability to provide responsive and efficient Customer Support while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction.
- Focus on delivering a positive Customer Experience, with skills in understanding and addressing client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative setting in Bengaluru.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, CRM tools, and office productivity software.
- Prior experience in design, retail, or service-focused industries is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
