We're Hiring: Customer Service & Logistics Executive – German Laundry

German Laundry, a premium garment care brand with 18+ locations across Mumbai & Delhi, is looking for an organized, customer-focused executive to manage order coordination and billing.

What you'll do:

- Generate and manage customer bills/invoices for laundry orders
- Coordinate pickup & drop schedules with delivery staff
- Track every order end-to-end and ensure on-time turnaround
- Liaise with the production/workshop team on delays or special requests
- Maintain accurate order records in our POS/CRM system

What we're looking for:

- Basic computer literacy (billing software, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Robust organizational skills and comfort with phone-based coordination
- 0–2 years experience (freshers welcome)
- Prior experience in laundry, logistics, retail, or F&B; ops is a plus
