American Express is hiring a Customer Service Analyst T3-I in Gurugram. The role is part of the Disputes Team, which manages transaction disputes raised by Card Members and involves reviewing claims, conducting investigations and ensuring cases are handled accurately in line with company policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.

Position: Customer Service Analyst T3-I The position involves reviewing and assessing dispute claims for consumer and corporate cards, investigating discrepancies and high-value cases, processing claims within required timelines, and communicating with Card Members and Business Partners. The role also involves identifying trends, minimizing potential losses, maintaining compliance with internal and external policies,



and contributing to process improvements.

Candidates should have strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of accountability and attention to detail. A graduate or postgraduate qualification and prior back-office experience are required. Knowledge of card platforms, American Express policies and procedures, and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.
