- Manage customer bookings and handle customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management

- Provide clear game briefings before the experience begins.





- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.

- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Backend & Operations

- Monitor movements and activities in the backend department.

- Complete assigned operational tasks on time.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality.
