We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and good English-speaking candidate to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.
In this role, you will communicate with our enrolled candidates based in the USA, help them with their questions, send important documents and information, remind them about payments, collect feedback, and make sure they are satisfied with our services.
You do not need previous experience. Freshers are welcome. We will provide training and explain the process.
What You Will Do
- Talk to enrolled candidates through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Answer candidates' basic questions and help them with their concerns.
- Send required documents, instructions, and updates to candidates.
- Send polite reminders for pending or upcoming payments.
- Keep a record of candidate payments and update the company sheet.
- Follow up with candidates when documents, payments, or information are pending.
- Take feedback from candidates about our services.
- Understand candidate problems and coordinate with the senior team to get them resolved.
- Make sure candidates receive proper and timely support.
- Inform candidates about company-approved referral programs and offers.
- Maintain daily records of your work and candidate activities.
- Prepare and update Excel/Google Sheets.
- Send daily/weekly reports to the senior team.
- Keep all candidate information properly organized and confidential.
- Follow up with candidates regularly to maintain a good relationship.

- Can speak fluent English and communicate confidently.
- Is comfortable talking to people over the phone.
- Is polite, patient, and helpful.
- Can understand and solve basic candidate questions.
- Is good at following up with people.
- Can use WhatsApp, Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Is organized and careful while maintaining records.
- Can learn new processes quickly.
- Is comfortable working during night shifts.
- Can work responsibly without constant supervision.
