Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Consultant is a full time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for part of the work to be done from home. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM processes to enhance customer engagement, retention, and sales performance for tour and travel services. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining CRM tools (such as Salesforce or similar platforms), analyzing customer data, creating reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes.

The consultant collaborates with sales and operations teams to design workflows, automate follow-ups, and ensure timely, personalized communication with clients.



Additional responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, providing CRM training and support to team members, and contributing to strategies that improve customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to design, document, and refine CRM workflows that align with travel operations and customer service.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Consulting skills to collaborate with sales teams, understand client needs, and recommend CRM-driven solutions that enhance conversions and retention.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration or similar CRM platform skills to configure systems, manage user roles, maintain data quality, and create reports and dashboards.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in the travel or hospitality industry, familiarity with customer journey mapping, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, tourism management, or a related field, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, is preferred.
