We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow up with leads and existing customers, collect feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, bookings, deliveries and service.
- Make customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and other departments.
- Support customer retention and repeat business activities.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding offers, service reminders and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM/customer service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Automobile dealership experience is an advantage.
