We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Associate to join our team at GCS Group Solar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with B2B customers.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective B2B customer relationship strategies to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Making new dealers across the State.
- Maintain good relation with all B2B vendors.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Qualification : Any Graduate or Post Graduate Necessary: Candidate should be Own Laptop
Working Hours: 9.30Am to 7Pm.
