Responsibilities

- Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business needs into solution approaches.

- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, estimations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.

- Work on CRM, ERP, business application, AI, data, and digital transformation engagements.

- Coordinate between clients, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful execution.

- Support Agile project management, requirements clarification, delivery governance, and customer communication.

- Contribute to consulting-led engagements across EU and international markets.

Requirements

- 68 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, solutioning, business analysis, or project management.

- Strong ability to understand customer problems and convert them into structured solution proposals.

- Experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or business transformation projects is preferred.





- Exposure to CRM, ERP, AI, Azure AI, data, automation, or enterprise applications will be an advantage.

- MBA from IIM / top-tier Indian business schools or equivalent consulting background will be preferred.

- Should be client-facing, structured, articulate, and comfortable operating in a consulting mode.
