Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for engaging with customers across channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the Pedals Power platform and fitness challenges. Day-to-day activities include handling customer support tickets, responding to messages and calls, guiding users through platform features, and proactively checking in on participants’ progress.

The Intern will also gather feedback, identify recurring concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journeys and retention.



Maintaining accurate records of interactions and contributing to customer-focused initiatives will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance.
- Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long-term relationships and enhance loyalty to the platform.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities, active listening, and a professional, empathetic manner.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or sports and the ability to encourage and motivate customers toward their activity goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple conversations, and use CRM or support tools efficiently.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
