Job Summary

Acumant is hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to support strategic customer engagements across pre-sales, solutioning, project management, and AI-driven business application initiatives. This is a client-facing consulting role suited for someone who can understand business problems, structure solution approaches, and drive engagements from initial discussion to delivery coordination. This is a full time, on-site role in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

- Support customer conversations, discovery workshops, and business requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals, solution notes, estimations, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
- Work with internal technical and delivery teams to shape practical business solutions.
- Manage engagement coordination across pre-sales, planning, Agile delivery, and customer governance.
- Support AI, automation, business applications, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Engage with EU and international customers on strategic consulting-led opportunities.

Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, solutioning, business analysis, or project management.




- Strong ability to understand customer problems and convert them into structured solution proposals.
- Experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or business transformation projects is preferred.
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, AI, Azure AI, data, automation, or enterprise applications will be an advantage.
- MBA from IIM / top-tier Indian business schools or equivalent consulting background will be preferred.
- Should be client-facing, structured, articulate, and comfortable operating in a consulting mode.
