We are now looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle our customers politely, patiently, and responsibly while helping resolve their issues.

We are not looking for fancy degrees or extensive qualifications. Education and degree do not matter to us as much as your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

We are growing, and we want someone who is willing to learn new things and grow along with the company.

Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

The Customer Care

Executive will handle order-related queries, track and update customer requests, and provide clear, timely information to maintain high satisfaction levels. Day-to-day tasks include documenting interactions, coordinating with internal teams to address escalations, and identifying opportunities to improve service processes.



The role may also include supporting basic sales activities by sharing product information, guiding customers through purchase decisions, and promoting suitable offerings based on customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on responsive and professional interactions.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through empathy, active listening, and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and courteous engagement with customers and internal teams.
- Basic Sales skills to explain product features, assist with purchase decisions, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using customer service tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Prior experience in a customer care or contact center environment is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
