Job Role: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can efficiently handle customer inquiries and inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service. ? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally • Respond to inquiries via phone,



email & WhatsApp • Provide accurate product & service information • Maintain and update customer records in the system • Coordinate with sales & technical teams for issue resolution • Follow up on pending inquiries for timely closure • Maintain proper call logs and customer data • Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager • Ensure high customer satisfaction and collect feedback/Google reviews ✅ Required Skills:
