Hotel Management Intern — Cooking & Recipe SOP Development
Duration: 1–2 months
Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month

Role:
Work hands-on with Sizzl's chefs to cook, test and standardise dishes so that they can be consistently executed by chefs in a customer's home.
What you’ll do
- Cook and test dishes across Continental and Modern Indian cuisines.
- Work with chefs to break recipes into simple, repeatable cooking processes.
- Develop detailed SOPs covering ingredients, quantities, cooking sequence, timings, temperatures and finishing.
- Identify critical steps that affect taste, texture, presentation and consistency.
- Test SOPs with different chefs and refine them based on actual cooking outcomes.
- Develop practical recipe cards, cooking guides and checklists for last-mile execution.
- Help build Sizzl's library of standardised recipes and core cooking processes.
- Participate in pilot services and observe how recipes perform in real customer homes.
Who we’re looking for
- Hotel Management / Culinary / Hospitality student with strong food production and cooking fundamentals.
- Comfortable cooking hands-on and experimenting with recipes.
- Interest or experience in Continental and Modern Indian cuisine.
- Robust understanding of cooking techniques, flavour development and plating.
- Detail-oriented and able to translate cooking knowledge into clear, practical instructions.
- Curious about food innovation, process design and building a new food business.
The ideal candidate: Someone who enjoys both cooking the dish and figuring out how to make it consistently executable by someone else. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
