Customer Support & Order Processing – eCommerce (Custom T-Shirts & Embroidery)
We’re an Australian-based eCommerce business in custom T-shirt printing and embroidery, looking for someone with the right attitude, not just experience.
This role is ideal if you are:
- Eager to learn and grow in an online business
- Confident communicating in clear English (written and spoken)
- A problem-solver who takes ownership of issues
- Comfortable chatting with customers and handling basic voice calls
- Valuable with computers (Google Docs, Sheets, Excel)
What you’ll do:
- Support customers via chat and email (some voice support)
- Help process orders and follow easy systems
- Work with our team to resolve customer issues quickly
Experience is helpful but not required. If you’re motivated, reliable, and willing to learn, we’ll train you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,441.31 - ₹18,000.00 per month
