CRO & Visual Experimentation Specialist I Remote (US Hours)
We are looking for a hands-on CRO specialist with proven experience designing and executing A/B tests
, particularly tests involving hero sections, images, videos, layouts, messaging, CTAs and other visual elements that directly influence conversion
. This is NOT a general CRO/analytics role.
We are specifically looking for someone who has personally created and run A/B experiments and can demonstrate how those experiments improved conversion rates.
What you will do
- Develop a structured A/B testing strategy for local service business websites.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion through visual, psychological and UX changes .
- Create test hypotheses and turn them into actual page variations.
- Test different
- Hero images
- Hero videos
- Image vs. video
- Before/after imagery
- Visual layouts
- Headlines and messaging
- CTAs
- Trust elements and social proof
- Forms and above-the-fold sections
- Page structures
- Execute and manage experiments from hypothesis → variation → launch → analysis → conclusion.
- Analyze results and use the learnings to develop the next experiments.
- Build a systematic testing roadmap rather than making one-off design recommendations.
What we are specifically looking for You must have hands-on experience with A/B testing
, preferably on landing pages, lead-generation websites, SaaS,
e-commerce or other conversion-focused websites.
You should understand behavioral psychology and how visual presentation affects user decisions
, including attention, trust, perceived value, cognitive load, risk reduction and motivation.
You should be able to look at a hero section and explain:
Why might Version B convert better than Version A, and what psychological mechanism are we testing?
You should also be comfortable turning that hypothesis into a real experiment and measuring whether it actually worked.
Key
Heatmaps, session recordings and Google Analytics are useful tools, but they are NOT the core of this position.
We are not looking for someone whose primary CRO experience is analyzing heatmaps and making UX recommendations.
We are looking for someone who has actually designed and executed conversion experiments and can show us examples of tests they have run.
How to Apply:
Submit your resume. If contact by our recruitment team, be ready to provide 3–5 examples of A/B tests you personally designed and executed
.
For each example, include:
1. What was the original version?
2. What did you test?
3. Why did you believe the variation would convert better?
4. What was the result?
5. What did you learn from the experiment?
Applications without real examples of A/B experiments will not be considered.
