Role Summary

We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive user lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. The role will own CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and automation using CleverTap while collaborating with Growth, Product, Data, and Tech teams to improve user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys on CleverTap.
- Execute campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging.
- Create user segments and personalized communication based on customer behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion rates.
- Track CRM metrics such as activation, KYC completion, first trade, retention,



reactivation, and ROI.
- Work closely with Product, Data, Design, Technology, and Compliance teams to enhance user experience.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap (preferred); experience with MoEngage, WebEngage, or Braze is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App).
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Consumer Tech, or other high-growth digital businesses is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
- Understanding of crypto, digital assets, or trading platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, CRM integrations, and marketing automation.
