Role Description

We are looking for a CRM Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across CRM Development, Software Engineering, APIs, Databases, Workflow Automation, System Integration, Sales Technology, Customer Data, and Enterprise Applications.

The CRM Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, operations, and other business teams to design, develop, integrate, and improve CRM applications and customer-management systems.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in CRM development,



software engineering, application development, enterprise applications, system integration, backend development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as CRM Software Engineer, CRM Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Salesforce Developer, Dynamics 365 Developer, Zoho Developer, Backend Developer, CRM Administrator, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Apex, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of software development, APIs, databases, workflows, and application-integration fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, SAP CRM, or similar systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases will be beneficial.




- Exposure to CRM customization, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, forms, or data migration will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, customer records, account management, or customer-service workflows will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and software-development workflows will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, Zapier, Make, workflow engines, or integration platforms will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CI/CD, Docker, or DevOps tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Excel, CRM analytics, or reporting tools will be beneficial.
- CRM certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with software, sales, marketing, customer-service, and business teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, CRM project, coding project, Salesforce project, Dynamics project, GitHub project, automation project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Robust willingness to learn new CRM, software, automation, integration, and enterprise technologies.
