We’re looking for a full-time HubSpot CRM expert to take full ownership of our platform from daily administration to building the workflows that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. In this role, you'll optimize our processes, keep our data clean and ensure our systems scale alongside our business goals.

What You’ll Do

· System Setup & Management: Handle everything from portal configuration and data migration to list segmentation and object mapping.

· Workflow Automation: Build seamless automated journeys, lead scoring systems, chat flows and pipeline stages that keep leads moving.

· Integrations: Connect HubSpot with our core tech stack (Zapier, WhatsApp, Gmail, custom APIs, etc.).

· Analytics & Reporting: Create custom dashboards and attribution reports so we can track lifecycle stages and measure true performance.

· Team Enablement:



Train team members on HubSpot best practices to drive adoption and make sure everyone gets the most out of the tool.

What We are Looking For:

· Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations).

· HubSpot Certified: Active HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Sales Software, Implementation) are a major plus.

· Technical Savvy: Solid grasp of data hygiene, API webhooks, and basic HTML/CSS/HubL for custom email and landing page tweaks.

· Great Communication: Clear, confident written and spoken English skills.
