We are looking for a fresher who is responsible for maintaining accurate product, billing, and account-related entries in the company CRM. The candidate should be comfortable working on computers and have good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update all product details in the company CRM.
- Add and maintain customer and account information in CRM.
- Enter sales bills, invoices, purchase bills and other account-related documents into the CRM.
- Ensure all billing entries are accurate and updated on time.
- Maintain proper digital records of invoices and documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for missing or incorrect information.
- Regularly check CRM data and correct errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform other basic data-entry and CRM-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome – No prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software/CRM systems.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Preferred Candidate
- Only Freshers are preferred.
- Candidates with a basic understanding of billing, invoices or accounting will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
- Should be sincere, organized and detail-oriented.
