Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Make regular follow-up calls with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Track leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for timely customer responses.
- Monitor pending customer requests and ensure proper closure.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM data regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers after sales/service to collect feedback.
- Support the sales team in lead management and customer retention.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and team-focused.
