Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer leads and enquiries coming through social media and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRM systems, have strong communication skills, and be able to ensure that every lead is properly updated, assigned,

and followed up.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to leads/enquiries received through social media and other channels.
- Update and maintain accurate customer and lead information in Zoho CRM.
- Assign and distribute leads to the appropriate team members based on requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper tracking of leads within the CRM.
- Monitor lead status and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales/team members to ensure smooth lead management.
- Handle customer communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, social media, or other relevant

channels.




- Identify gaps in lead management and ensure that no enquiries are missed.
- Assist with basic content creation/social media activities when required.
- Prepare basic CRM/lead reports and share updates with management.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Experience working with Zoho CRM or any other CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
