Are you an experienced Crew Coordinator with a solid background in offshore Oil & Gas, drilling, or oilfield services operations?

OCS Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Crew Coordinator to join our offshore operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating crew movements, travel arrangements, certification compliance, and crew documentation while ensuring smooth and timely mobilization and demobilization of personnel.

The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with offshore teams, clients, internal management, travel agencies, and crew members in a fast-paced operational environment.

As part of our offshore operations team, we are looking to onboard an experienced Crew Coordinator to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of crew changes in line with operational requirements and rotation schedules.

This role will serve as a key coordination point between offshore personnel, clients, internal management, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless crew movements and compliance with company requirements.

What You Will Do In this role, you will:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute crew changes in line with approved crew rotation schedules and operational requirements.
- Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodation, local transportation, and other travel arrangements for crew movements to and from offshore locations.
- Coordinate crew mobilization and demobilization activities to ensure timely deployment and smooth crew changes.




- Track and verify that all crew members hold valid certifications, safety training, medical fitness certificates, and other mandatory documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records, including personal information, certifications, safety courses, medical fitness, and other required documentation in accordance with company policies and competency matrices.
- Monitor crew certification and training validity and proactively follow up on upcoming expiries to ensure compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, offshore teams, internal management, travel agencies, and crew personnel for crew movement and related requirements.
- Coordinate last-minute crew changes, replacements, and urgent mobilization requirements as required.
- Provide support during medical evacuation situations and assist with the rapid deployment of replacement personnel.
- Ensure all crew movement activities are properly documented and records are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve travel, documentation, certification, and crew movement issues promptly.
- Support the offshore operations team in ensuring continuity of manpower and adherence to crew rotation schedules.
- Ensure all crew coordination activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable offshore standards.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

- Any Graduate.
- Relevant certification or training in crew management, offshore operations, or logistics will be an advantage.

Experience
- 6–10 years of relevant experience as a Crew Coordinator.
- Experience working with an Oil Drilling, Oilfield Services, or Offshore Oil & Gas company is preferred.
- Strong experience in offshore crew change coordination, mobilization, demobilization, and travel management.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including offshore teams, clients, travel agencies, and crew personnel.





Technical & Operational Knowledge
- Good understanding of offshore crew rotation and crew change processes.
- Knowledge of crew certification, safety training, medical fitness, and competency requirements.
- Experience maintaining crew databases, documentation, and certification matrices.
- Strong knowledge of flight, accommodation, and local transportation coordination.
- Ability to manage urgent crew movements and last-minute replacement requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and crew management/documentation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining crew records.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Work Environment This position requires close coordination with offshore operations and various internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing multiple crew movements simultaneously and may require flexibility to respond to urgent operational requirements, last-minute crew changes, and emergency situations.
