1️⃣ SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

? Experience: 0–1 Year / Relevant Internship Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day social media activities.
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with clients for content, feedback & approvals.
- Work with content writers, graphic designers & video editors.
- Track deliverables, deadlines and content status.
- Monitor basic social media performance and trends.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of content.

We’re Looking For:

✔️ Good communication & coordination skills

✔️ Understanding of social media platforms

✔️ Strong follow-up and organizational skills

✔️ Creativity and willingness to learn

✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks

2️⃣ DIGITAL MARKETER

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

? Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Manage social media and digital campaigns.
- Plan content and marketing campaigns.
- Work on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience, competitor and market research.
- Track campaign and social media performance.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal creative teams.
- Work with content writers, designers & video editors.
- Focus on improving reach, engagement, traffic and leads.





- We’re Looking For:

✔️ 1–3 years of Digital Marketing experience

✔️ Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking

✔️ Experience handling brands/clients preferred

✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills

✔️ Agency experience is a plus

3️⃣ PERFORMANCE MARKETER

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month

? Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and conversions.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and other KPIs.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets.
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
- Build and optimize retargeting & lookalike audiences.
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance.
- Prepare regular campaign reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.

We’re Looking For:

✔️ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

✔️ Robust understanding of lead generation & conversions

✔️ Good analytical and optimization skills

✔️ Data-driven approach to marketing

✔️ Experience managing multiple brands/clients preferred

✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills
