We're Hiring! Join our growing Healthcare Operations team as a Credentialing Specialist and take ownership of end-to-end provider credentialing, client relationship management, and compliance reporting for US healthcare clients.

If you have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Provider Credentialing, CMS Compliance, and Client Servicing, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced healthcare process organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing & re-credentialing in compliance with CMS and state-specific guidelines.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing status updates, compliance reports, and resolving escalations.
- Represent the credentialing team in client meetings covering application progress, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Load and maintain enrollment data, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze enrollment & billing workflows to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
- Maintain client files, logs & documentation via SharePoint and internal tracking systems.




- Coordinate with clients on data discrepancies and ensure smooth cross-team communication.
- Support and train staff on updated processes, systems, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4+ years of experience in Provider Credentialing / Enrollment Services.
- Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines & payer credentialing requirements.
- Proven experience working directly with US healthcare clients.
- Excellent client communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, credentialing software, MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
